This Privacy Policy explains what information Scrolly collects, how it is collected and used, when it is shared, and how you can delete or request access to your data.

Information We Collect

When you play as a guest

• Guest Player ID — a random identifier stored on your device and sent with API requests
• Local game data — game state, personal bests, and preferences stored on your device
• Product interaction data — aggregate game play counts and basic interactions used to operate and understand game usage

Guest players cannot save favorites or submit scores to leaderboards.

When you sign in

Depending on the information provided by Apple or Google, we may collect:

• Email address — including an Apple private relay address, if you choose that option
• User ID — the identifier associated with your authenticated account
• Name and avatar URL — profile information provided by your sign-in provider
• Game data — scores, favorites, leaderboard entries, and related gameplay records

Technical and network data

When the App communicates with our services or loads games and media, we and our service providers may automatically process technical information such as IP address, device or operating system information, app version, request timestamps, network logs, and error information.

We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, motion sensor data, advertising identifiers, or payment information.
