By downloading, accessing, or using Scrolly ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Scrolly is rated 13+ based on its game content and leaderboard features. The rating describes content suitability; it is not a substitute for parental consent where local law requires it. If you are under the age at which you can consent to these Terms in your country or region, use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Scrolly provides a closed, first-party catalog of casual HTML5 mini games in a scrollable feed. All games are created, owned, hosted, or controlled by Scrolly. You can browse and play as a guest. Signing in is required to save favorites and submit scores to public leaderboards.
The App currently contains no advertising, in-app purchases, user-generated game catalog, or user-to-user chat.
Scrolly and its games, artwork, software, text, and other content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for non-commercial entertainment.
You may not copy, redistribute, sell, exploit, interfere with, or reverse engineer the App except where such a restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
