Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Brain Health ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Age Rating
Brain Health is rated 13+ based on its game content and leaderboard features. The rating describes content suitability; it is not a substitute for parental consent where local law requires it. If you are under the age at which you can consent to these Terms in your country or region, use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Service Description
Brain Health provides a closed, first-party catalog of casual HTML5 mini games in a scrollable feed. All games are created, owned, hosted, or controlled by Brain Health. You can browse, play free content, submit leaderboard scores, and purchase subscriptions as a guest. Signing in is required to save account favorites.
The App contains no advertising or user-generated game catalog. It offers optional Unlimited access subscriptions for premium game levels. Players may post comments about games; comments are subject to moderation and these Terms.
Accounts
- You may use the App as a guest or sign in with Apple or Google
- Brain Health does not issue a separate password; authentication is handled by the selected sign-in provider
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple or Google account
- Guest identifiers, local game state, and preferences may not sync across devices and may be lost when the App is deleted or reinstalled
- You may permanently delete your Brain Health account from Profile → Delete Account
Unlimited access Subscriptions
- Unlimited access is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks premium game levels. Monthly and yearly plans provide the same premium access for different billing periods. Free content remains available without a subscription
- Prices, currency, billing period, and any applicable trial or offer are shown in the App and Apple's purchase confirmation before you subscribe. The yearly plan is billed upfront for the year
- Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and charged to your Apple Account. RevenueCat validates purchases and manages access. A Brain Health account is not required
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel through Apple before renewal. Apple may charge for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- The yearly plan may include a one-week free trial for eligible customers. Eligibility is determined by Apple. Unless canceled, the trial converts to a paid yearly subscription at the price disclosed before confirmation. The monthly plan has no free trial. To avoid a trial charge, follow Apple's cancellation deadline shown in your subscription settings
